KEFIRKO sourdough fermenter jar

This jar and its accessories have been specially designed by the brand Kefirko, the fermentation specialists, to prepare and store sourdough starter.

The kit includes:

• a 900ml glass jar with a wide opening, ideal for mixing flour and water comfortably
• a versatile measuring cup with a separate lid for measuring ingredients as well as storing the sourdough starter in the refrigerator between bakes
• a fermentation clock to accurately note the last feeding
• a small measuring spoon useful for salt and water
• a blue elastic band to place on the glass jar to track the level of the sourdough starter
